About Deep Energy Orchestra

Deep Energy Orchestra is the group expression of Jason Everett's musical vision.  The coming together of some of the world's most amazing musical talent for the live recording of Playing With Fire in 2016, the group has continued to explore musical new worlds and feature some of the most amazing musicians.  Jason's compositional style is influenced by growing up as a classical musician, then embracing jazz and rock.  In his late teens he fell in love with Indian and Flamenco music and these styles are very present in his music.  Jason was commissioned to score a night of music for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra in 2018 that featured his compositions as well as those of Ravi Shankar, Anoushka Shankar, and Paco deLucia in a presentation called, From Spain To India.  DEO's third record, The Science of Sound has been influenced by Jason's love of astronomy, science, and quantum physics and will be released October 2025.
